The Villa Pauletta has a keyless entry system to make it simple for your arrival. Usually check in is from 2 PM and check out is by 10 AM. If you would like to arrive early or leave late, we can be flexible as long as there are no back to back tenants. Just let us know and we will try to work with your schedule and with our cleaning service.

Please note that we don’t request any deposit in advance from our guests. Your reservation will be secured with us and can pay on your arrival.

You can cancel your reservation at any time with no charge.

Booking Villa Pauletta through any other website as Booking.com or Airbnb might be subject to higher pricing according to each individual website’s fees and service.

We do have different prices for Low, Mid and High season.

If you are planning to book Villa Pauletta for a longer period, please feel free to contact us before.

In order to come up with a monthly price we need to know all your requests as breakfast, free to use car, bicycles, outdoor cinema, cave pool, housekeeping etc.

Please contact us with your request. If approved, an extra 40 Euro charge will be added for a special cleaning and for the donation.

Every time you book for a pets, we donate 50% to Animal protective foundation in Split. Thank you for helping shelter animals to get a good care and find a loving home

The minimum stay at Villa Pauletta is 3 days. If requesting a stay less than the minimum specified, a surcharge may apply. Please contact us to discuss your booking requirements.

An extra Child Cot can be provided on request and an extra 15 Euro charge will be added.

Baby car seat can be provided on request and an extra 15 Euro charge will be added.
